I’m Riya — a UX designer transitioning from the mortgage industry, where I learned how to think in systems, reduce complexity, and design for efficiency. Over the past year, I’ve been building products across data, AI, and enterprise workflows — from catalog agents and admin tools to chatbot dashboards and flow creation studios.
